About United Feeds

United Feeds is a 50/50 joint venture between Andrews Holdings and United Dairy Farmers

Andrews is one of the largest agri-businesses in Northern Ireland, and has a milling and feed compounding history that can be traced back to the early 18th Century.

United Dairy Farmers has over three thousand producers, a milk pool approaching one billion litres, and is one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the UK and Ireland.

United Feeds will be controlled by a board of eight members, four from Andrews, and four from United, with a rotating chairperson.

It will concentrate it's manufacture mainly on two modern mills at Belfast and Dungannon.

It will produce quality feeds which comply with the highest industry standards being fully accredited to the UKASTA Feed Assurance Scheme and Food Standards Agency requirements.

It is one of the top three feed compounders in Northern Ireland

United Feeds will look to grow their market share, particularly within the ruminant sector, through the involvement of United Dairy Farmers members and by further developing their relationships with existing customers.
